Managing Partner
Faraz Kahen, Founder and CEO of Kahen Development, brings a passion for premium residential architecture and hands-on experience in creating distinctive luxury homes.
With a background in civil engineering and business strategy, Faraz founded Kahen Development to elevate the bespoke homebuilding experience. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from UC Berkeley and later completed his MBA at the USC Marshall School of Business, combining technical expertise with entrepreneurial insight to lead high-impact real estate projects.
Faraz specializes in crafting personalized residences that combine modern design sensibility with architectural refinement and precision execution.
Faraz believes a home is more than a space, it’s a sanctuary. He leads every project with the same vision and care he would bring to his own family home, closely guiding every decision from site selection to final finishing.
